Noi is a supporting character in Raya and the Last Dragon, she is a thieving toddler with her band of Ongis.

Noi is a con-artist, who aids Raya in her quest to find the rest of the dragon gem pieces. Noi is from Talon, a floating market. Noi is an adorable baby, who can fool anyone with her smarts and wit. She's a tough infant who will do anything to stop anyone in her way. She initially grew up with monkey-like creatures, the Ongis, and defends them as they did so with her. She is working to bring her mother back, she has a strong relationship with Tong and thinks of him like her own brother and friend. She is known to love Sisu's face.
Personality[]
Despite her young age, Noi is very intelligent and uses her cute appearance to her advantage when conning people. Even though Noi is mischievous, Noi does have a good heart as she cares for her Ongi companions and aids Raya and her team in their quest to defeat Druun.
Physical Appearance[]
Noi is a child with chubby cheeks. She wears a violet long-sleeve shirt with a lighter violet vest overtop it and a pink sash around her waist. Her jeans/diaper is the same violet as her shirt. Noi has short black hair that's tied into six short pigtails, she has brown eyes, Noi is also very athletic for her age.
