Dang Hu is a supporting character in Raya and the Last Dragon. She [1] is the chieftess of Talon, a floating city that has managed to prosper since the Druun is afraid of water. She's the mother of the previous Chief, Dang Hai. Dang Hu might seem like a harmless elderly woman, but she's as sinister as they come. In fact, she's the only one who used the Druun to her advantage by locking intruders out of the city with the Druun to be turned to stone.
